The MAPSONS project was concluded with a final event at the University of the Aegean, where the results of the project were presented and recommendations on offshore wind energy site prioritization in Greece was performed, with the participation of stakeholders and researchers.

We visited Northern Chios to engage with local stakeholders and communities and collect views on offshore wind farm development in general, and in particular regarding the proposed offshore wind farm in Chios.
Visit of Norwegian Partner in Mytilene, 2-9/2/2025.
In the framework of the MAPSONS project, we welcomed our partner from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) for knowledge exchange, joint planning, and alignment of scientific tools for offshore wind energy assessment.
